We do our best to offer accurate price estimates and will offer price caps. We want to ensure your pet receives the best care we have to offer.
All "quotes" are estimated prices for services and are subject to change without notice. Quotes given do not include any services deemed necessary upon assessment of pet or for any changes of service that incur during the grooming process. Services must be paid in full upon pick up of pet, no exceptions.
In addition, all "quotes" for grooming times are estimations and are subject to change without notice. Our typical time quote is 2-3 hours. There are many time variables that may cause your pet to need to be under our care longer (e.g. your pet doesn’t like the dryer and we're using a gentler/slower method; your pet is nervous/fearful (we then proceed slowly to ensure safety and comfort) your pet's grooming needs have changed). If you choose to take your pet unfinished full payment is required as well as possible additional fees.
No call/No show: Missing an appointment without notice may result in a no call/no show fee that must be paid in full prior to booking any future appointments.
Late fees: Arriving 10 or more minutes late may result in a late fee. Arriving late for appointments may cause forfeit of appointment and may need to be rescheduled.
Rescheduling: We understand things come up, however we cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate scheduling changes on short notice. Changes in grooming schedule may affect prices (if fluffy goes longer than 6 weeks and needs more attention the following visit it may be reflected in their grooming price)
Cancellation: We require a minimum of 48 hours notice before cancellation of any appointment. Cancelling appointments with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee that must be paid in full prior to booking any future appointments.
Early arrival: If you are concerned about the time your pet has spent under our care, please be assured they are well taken care of and are having all bathroom and water needs met. Your pets well being is our top priority. Arriving early or excessive calling to check on your pet may result in additional fees.
Fees: All fees are to be paid in full with tax. All fees are subject to change without notice.
Refusal of Payment: Refusing payment of services whether completed or not will result in loss of ability to book any future appointments.
