Shauntra brings 15 years of cat confidence to our newly renovated, feline-only grooming room. Outfitted with a cat highway, cozy beds, and calming touches, the space is designed to help cats feel safe, relaxed, and respected. With a gentle approach and a deep understanding of feline behaviour, she provides a grooming experience that puts your cat’s comfort and wellbeing first.

We encourage puppies and kittens to start seeing us regularly once they've received their first set of vaccines.
We offer a complimentary puppy/kitten visit up to 5 months of age that includes;
- Free consultation
- Nail trimming
- Eye and ear cleaning
- Brushing/combing (approx. 10 minutes)
- Eye tidy
- Sanitary trim
- And more based on your pets needs!

Getting clean and smelling fresh! That's why they see us, right? We use high quality pet safe products that are designed to maintain; healthy skin and coat, ph balance, and sebum production. We will assess your pets skin/coat and hand select the right products for their specific needs.
Then comes the Blow out

We use a high velocity dryer that works by blowing the water off your pet, and it's a little noisy. We use cotton balls as doggy ear plugs, and also use something called a happy hoodie to help quiet the sound of the dryer for them. We have other more gentle, slower drying methods should your pet not enjoy the drying process.

Nail trimming and pad shaving is included of course! Shorter nails are more comfortable for your pet and frequency is key. We encourage hair to be kept everywhere as it is our pets first line of defense against their environment, and we will often leave some hair behind to protect your pets feet.

We still work with the holland landing animal hospital to provide a sedated groom service for pets who are unable to be groomed routinely.
They provide the sedation, monitoring, etc while we provide the grooming service.
Grooming cost starting at $150
Holland Landing Animal Hospital will invoice separately for their services.

A sedated groom is a last resort for a pet who is not able to be safely groomed otherwise. It is a short all over haircut, nail trimming, eye and ear cleaning
