We understand plans change, and will always do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests. With limited availability, ample notice is greatly appreciated. We are unable to guarantee our ability to reschedule.
-Appointments can be canceled up to 48 hours prior by responding to text confirmation message or texting or calling (905)-960-2142 to leave a message.
Emails are not accepted for cancellations.
-Appointments canceled or rescheduled with lesser than 48 hours notice will be charged up to 50% of the expected appointment cost.
-Appointments missed without notice will be charged 100% of the expected appointment cost.
-Arriving 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time will result in a late fee. Arriving 20 or more minutes late may require rescheduling as well as last minute cancellation fees.
-Pets who require extra time and handling due to behavior, excessive weight, or increased duration between visits will be subject to increased cost of service.
Our top priority is to ensure your pet is safe, comfortable, and well looked after during their grooming session, until they're back home with you. Each pets grooming needs vary greatly, may change visit to visit and we want to ensure their grooming needs are met completely. Pricing, and duration of service may vary depending on coat condition, temperament, unexpected changes throughout service (eg. fleas/ticks, mobility issues, skin issues, incontinence/accidents).
We know your pets are family, and we treat them like our own. We offer breaks where needed, extra rest throughout the grooming session for pets who need it or might benefit from it, as well as ensuring all water and potty needs are being met. Comfort items like blankets and toys are also offered where permitted.
All "quotes" are estimated prices for services and are subject to change without notice. Estimates given do not include any changes of service that incur during the grooming process. Services must be paid in full, with tax upon pick up of pet, no exceptions.
Our typical time estimate is 2-3 hours. There are many time variables that may cause your pet to need to be under our care longer (e.g. your pet doesn’t like the dryer and we're using a gentler/slower method; your pet is nervous/fearful [we then proceed slowly to ensure their safety and comfort] your pet's grooming needs have changed).
All fees are to be paid in full with tax at the end of the appointment.
Late payment will result in additional fees.
