48 Hours notice required for cancellations

     We understand life happens, and things change and will always do our best to make reasonable accomodations

• Appointments can be canceled independently through text  up to 48 hours prior by responding to the text confirmation message, or by texting/leaving a voicemail at  (905)-960-2142. Emails not accepted. 

• Appointments missed without notice will be charged 100% of the expected appointment cost. Appointments are considered missed or "no showed" 20 minutes after scheduled appointment time. 

• Arriving 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time will result in a late fee. Arriving 20 or more minutes late may require rescheduling as well as last minute cancellation fee.

• Pets who require extra time and handling due to behavior, excessive weight, or increased duration between visits will be subject to increased cost of service.

   Our top priority is to ensure your pet is safe, comfortable, and well looked after during their grooming session, until they're back home with you. Each pets grooming needs vary greatly, may change visit to visit and we want to ensure their grooming needs are met completely. Pricing, and duration of service may vary depending on coat condition, temperament, unexpected changes throughout service such as; we've found ticks that need to be removed, mobility issues require frequent breaks/alternate grooming methods, skin issues.

We know your pets are family, and we treat them like our own. We offer breaks where needed, extra rest throughout the grooming session for pets who need it or might benefit from it, as well as ensuring all water and potty needs are being met. Comfort items like blankets and toys are also available to them throughout their visit. 

All "quotes" are estimated prices for services and are subject to change without notice. Estimates given do not include any changes of service that incur during the grooming process. 

Our typical time estimate is 2-3 hours, though there are many  variables that may lead to your pet being with us longer. For example,  your pet is nervous of the dryer and we're using a gentler/slower method, your pet has had an accident and needs to be rewashed. 

All fees are subject to change without notice, though we do our best to communicate any and all changes in expected service, and cost.
