We are best reached by text, or by leaving us a voicemail at (905)-960-2142
To ensure the pets in our care receive our undivided attention, we do not actively answer the phone throughout our grooming day. Please leave us a voicemail, or send us a text and we will return your message at our soonest convenience. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
Full service grooming (bath & haircut services) are unavailable to request online. Please either schedule a consultation, or text/call us.
Conveniently request appointments online for nail trimming, combing, spot shave/small area matting removal, eye/ear cleaning and more here.

We offer a variety of grooming services without any required frequency such as; nail trimming, brushing/combing, spot shave/small area matting removal, eye/ear cleaning, sanitary trim, paw tidy, and more.
We also offer bundled monthly packages such as our Nail Trim Extraordinaire or "everything but the bath"

We are unable to accommodate continued full service grooming for pets without a maintained schedule.
Grooming can be started once they've received their first set of vaccinations. Introducing your pet to grooming early, slowly, and frequently helps ensure a life time of happy and comfortable grooming.
Complimentary puppy & kittens 2 program up to 5 months of age!
Our typical time estimate is 2-3 hours. Depending on your pets grooming needs, size, age, and other variables this time frame may vary.
Nail trimming services are typically completed in 10 minutes or less. Some pets require additional time and attention, this may be reflected in the cost of service.
No, however we do have toothbrushes and enzymatic toothpaste for sale. Oral care is something that needs to be tended to on ideally, a daily basis. Brushing teeth that have pre-existing plaque, tartar and gum inflammation can cause irritation, pain and discomfort and even infection.
If you're interested in better caring for your pets oral health at home, please ask us and we can help!
No, we do not offer anal gland expression and strongly recommend that this is something best left to your veterinarian.
As groomers, we express anal glands by pressing blindly on either side on the anus where we know the glands are roughly located. We're unable to tell what's normal, or if we've emptied them completely. This can cause more harm than good.
Pets will often empty their anal glands on their own when they have a bowel movement or sometimes when they get startled! If they're not doing this (signs may include scooting and licking) its best to have your vet check to ensure all is well.
No, we no longer offer an express groom service as it limits our ability to accommodate accordingly for your pets needs. Often times nervous, anxious, or elderly pets require more frequent breaks and a slower pace to ensure their comfort. We always do our best to ensure your pet is completed as quickly as we can so they (and you!) can back to their busy days!
No, we do not administer any medication without your consent (we can apply your pets eye and ear drops for them upon request). We also ask that you please refrain from administering any sedatives or tranquilizers to your pet that they don't receive on a routine basis.
Sedated grooms are available in partnership with the Holland Landing Animal Hospital for pets who are unable to be groomed routinely.
We encourage pet parents to stay in our front area during nail trimming services, introductory services (puppies & kittens 2), and other brief grooming visits. We are unable to accommodate clients in the salon for full service grooming sessions.
Yes. Every pets grooming needs are unique and their safety and well being is our top priority.
We utilize kennels to ensure there is no direct contact between pets who are not housemates and to ensure the safety of all pets. Pets often take turns "free roaming" throughout their stay with us
Kennel dryers can be used for pets who do not tolerate other methods of drying as it is a slow and gentle method - kennel drying is always under direct supervision. Our kennel dryers have many safety features including heat monitoring/regulation, timed operation, emergency shut off and more.
Muzzles and cones are sometimes used for pets who become aggressive toward the groomer, or grooming tools. These tools can allow us to protect the pet from injuring themselves when they attempt to bite or mouth brushes and scissors, as well as protect ourselves from injury.
If this is something your pet requires we will ensure to bring this to your attention. Additional time required may be reflected in the cost of grooming.
We are experienced, pet CPR certified, animal professionals that closely monitor your pets stress signs and signals to ensure your pet is always safe in our care. Grooming can be stressful for some pets, if your pet is struggling with grooming ask us how we can help. Sedated grooms available only with the Holland Landing Animal Hospital.
